We want PinsXP to be the place you come to share experiences and find new ones, without the drama. To keep it fun and safe for everyone, we expect you to:
See something off? Block it. Report it.
Use the report button in the app, or email compliance@pinsxp.com. If you think something is illegal where you live, say so and tell us which law you think it breaks and where the content is; that helps us act quickly.
We review reports within 24 hours and remove objectionable or abusive content that breaks the rules. We will tell you what we decided about your report. If you disagree with that decision, you can take it further: in the European Union by complaining to the Digital Services Coordinator in the country where you live, and anywhere through the courts. Serious rule breaches may go to law enforcement, and we report to the authorities where the law requires us to.
Think we got a decision wrong, whether we removed your content, restricted your account, suspended you or banned you? You can ask for a review through the in-app process or by emailing us at compliance@pinsxp.com, within 30 days of the decision. A person will look at it, and we will tell you what we decided and why.
A few decisions are not open to review here: safety interventions where we shared support resources rather than penalised you, and permanent bans for child sexual exploitation or for credible threats of violence. You can still take those to the authorities or a court.
Your feedback helps make PinsXP safer and better, so speak up if you see something we missed.
